Just quickly browsed the newest version of your handbook, it's great. I will be looking at it in more detail soon and will send additional comments (more likely, compliments) for the great effort. I've told a half-dozen other managers at [my employer] about your handbook and they are interested.
Please continue to keep me on the list for future versions. I'm not planning to leave [my employer] in the near future, but with the [recent corporate] takeover I may not have the option of staying.
