Overview of Client Services

Provide Technical Writing and Authoring Expertise to the Technical Services Group and the Data Warehouse Development Project.

Employ FrameMaker, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Screen Capture Software, and Various Graphics Applications to Produce Professional Results.

Provide Graphics Support.

Work Closely with Project Teams through all phases of the Document Development Life Cycle, from Initial Concept through Needs Assessment, Requirements, Outline, Draft, Revision, Peer Review, Final Draft, and Sign-off.

Support Team Meetings, Prepare Agendas, Meeting Notes, and Resource Materials.
Support Documentation and Publication Standards.

Develop Selection and Evaluation Criteria for the Document Management System at Pacific Bell.

Post Documents in Native Format on Saros, the Pacific Bell Document Management System (DMS) currently in development and testing.

Post Documents in Native Format on the Pacific Bell Intranet.

Establish Standards for the Style, Form and Content of the Data Warehouse Web Site on the Pacific Bell Intranet.

Support the Data Warehouse Web Site.
